ORDER PROCESSING TIMES- All orders are processed withing 7 business days before they are shipped out. (first come first served basis)

Once shipped, shipping can take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to make it to destination.

We accept credit , debit card and paypal payments.

We ship USPS Priority and First Class Mail and even though this rarely happens we are not responsible for any kind of extreme shipping delays caused by the mail carrier. However, we treat every case according to the situation surrounding the delay .Please also note that even though packages can be somewhat tracked via confirmation number, your are likely to be getting delayed information ( since confirmation number is intended to just *confirm* that the package was indeed delivered

ALL ORDERS ARE PROCESSED AND SENT OUT FOR DELIVERY WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS . When ready, all packages are picked up for delivery by USPS( in our area it usually takes 1 to 2 days for the package to make it to a sorting facility and out to the destination).

Tracking Number, Insurance and ''Signature Required'' are available upon request . (additional charges may apply)

We do not accept returns however, we do work refunds based on each individual case.

Our packing-Your Product will arrive in a clear sealed and tied bag wrapped with food save tissue paper , some insulation to protect the product during shipping then wrapped and tied as a bundle boxed then sent.

We can prepare custom orders for you and do our best to work around your specifications but please note that these items do NOT come from an allergy free kitchen. All of our items are prepared with equipment that also processes nuts, wheat, eggs and dairy.
