If we send you wrong size product, we accept return or exchange. (1-3cm difference is normal, we do not accept return)

We do not accept return just because customers do not like the item you received even it is right for everything.

1. Please contact us within 72 hours after receiving products.

2. Please send email to us to illustrate the reasons why you want to return your products. In the email, please attach the photos of defect products.

3. Your complaint email will be processed by our customer service department within 2 working days.

4. After investigation, if it is our fault to make the error order, we take the full responsibility and refund you in full( return shipping cost should be paid by our customers)or exchange product for free.

Note: All clothing of our are made to order according to pictures, maybe there will be a little different from pictures. If you are a perfectionist and have high standard for products, please think it over carefully before ordering. We can not promise our products will be 100% like the photos, but we can promise at least 90%.
