if you want a refund or an exchange and return the unworn item in the original package in 7 days after receive the package.NO RETURNS ACCEPTED after 7 days unless the item is faulty or there has been an error on my part... Please remember that handcrafted jewelry can be delicate (especially love birds on brach pendants) and need gentle care!!Do not sleep, swim, or shower in jewelry. This can damage stones,images or finish.

All handstamped jewelies are made by me not by machine!!So they not exactly same each other!!sometimes initial isn't perfectly centered, or initial too deep which lends itself to the unique handmade look of each item.

Please keep in mind that the colors might be slightly different on your monitor than the color of the item you received and all gemstones are natural so they may slightly vary on shape!!
