All items in my shop are designed and handmade by me.

Most items can be ordered in different sizes and different metals, either sterling silver, or any carat and color of gold, or gold plated silver.

When ordering a ring, please make sure you know your ring size.

If you don't have an account there you can pay directly through their site by credit card (no registration needed).

If payment is not received, I reserve the right to cancel the transaction. I will notify you before this happens.

Israeli customers will be asked to add 18% sales tax while paying through pay pal.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I will provide a full refund for the item once it has been returned in its original condition. You must notify me of the problem within 5 days of receiving your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Postage and adequate insurance is the responsibility of the buyer.

I ship with Israel postal company registered air mail or EMS - express mail service.

Shipping worldwide with regidtered mail, takes about 10 days to 3 weeks.

Shipping with EMS takes 3-6 business days.

Shipping upgrade is availabe by request.

All items are packed in a jewelry box, and sent in a padded envelope.

I wrap the jewelry box with tissue paper.
