I ship withing 3 business days of your purchase. Transactions with E-checks will be shipped within 3 business days after the transaction has cleared.
I do not accept returns. I am more than willing to answer questions and I do my best to accurately photograph and describe my items.
If you order an item and it is damaged when it gets to you, I will repair or replace it at no charge, HOWEVER, you are responsible to pay for shipping to get the item back to me. I will not replace it without having the damaged item in my possession.
I package my items to avoid damage during shipping, but I have heard about packages being run over and envelopes torn open during the shipping process. There is only so much I can try to prevent from happening.
