When Placing an order, please provide (and don’t forget to review, where applicable) all personalization required to complete your custom piece (e.g., chain, font, names, dates, numbers, sayings, birthstone/months, colors and placement of stamped details. Etc,).

I gladly accept Paypal. Payment is due within 3 days of sale unless otherwise agreed upfront. After that, the sale will be canceled and the item(s) re-listed.

I am not responsible for items lost, stolen or misdirected mail. It is the buyers responsibility to make sure that their address is correct. I make every effort to create and ship your items as quickly as possible (within 1 week). Please keep in mind that things do happen that can cause a delay.

All charm jewelry created by Lucky Horn is made with the finest metals available. Actual 14kt gold is too soft to stamp. In its place we use gold filled items. THESE ARE NOT GOLD PLATED. Plating is a process where the base metal is covered with gold or silver to give the look of the real thing but the process will inevitably cause flaking and breakthrough. Filling, on the other hand is an actual layer of gold-pressure bonded to another metal. It contains more gold than gold plated and is much more valuable and tarnish resistant. Gold filled items will not flake off, rub off or turn colors. Anyone who can wear gold can wear gold filled without worry of allergic reaction. With proper care it will last as long as 14K gold.

Due to the metals natural reaction with both the environment and your body oils, it will tarnish over time and require a tiny bit of upkeep. Here are some tips to keep your jewelry looking its BEST and BRAND NEW.

* DO NOT wear when using Body Sprays, Perfumes, Hair Spray or Household Products. Your jewelry should be put on AFTER you've applied or come into contact with these items.

* DO NOT clean silver with cleaning dips, polishes or liquids. This will cause the removal of the darkening in the letters. The best way to care for your piece is to use a piece of polishing cloth and gently rub it to remove the tarnish.

* If you are not wearing your piece, store it in an air tight container or zip lock bag.

We use professional grade leather that with proper care and it is important to care for it properly to keep it supple and comfortable. Many leather products cannot tolerate moisture and should not come in contact with water or worn on hot days when perspiration can affect their durability by avoiding water as much as possible such as washing you should experience long life

All items are wrapped in an organza gift pouch or If requested, in the notes to seller box, your items will come enclosed in a gift box and tied with a pretty ribbon - READY TO GIVE !

Items are shipped out in a packed securely and enclosed in a bubble mailer.

All components of your necklace are under warranty for 30 days from the date of purchase. Should your bracelet be sized too large or small , jump rings loosen or chains break from normal wear and tear during this time frame we will replace them for you free of charge. After that period there will be a minimal fee to replace broken/loosened components. Pieces sent back for repair will be inspected, polished and all components checked and tightened before being returned

I make every effort to create your item within 7 days after payment has cleared. This is the time it takes BEFORE your item is ready to ship. This does not include shipping time over which I have no control. During periods of heavy volume, such as holidays or large storewide sales, this time may be increased.

Please remember your custom piece of jewelry is created by hand. I am not a factory. Since I am only one person designing, creating, emailing, packing and shipping orders; I appreciate your patience and understanding.

We accept Paypal and credit card payments through Paypal. All major credit cards are accepted. You do not need to sign up or have an account with Paypal to pay through Paypal. Payment must be submitted within one (1) day. An invoice is emailed to you after your purchase.

Please note that if you pay by e-check, Paypal takes up to 5 business days to process the payment (i.e. your payment is cleared after up to 5 business days). As a result, we cannot ship your order until your e-check has been cleared

All orders are shipped out 7 - 10 days from the date the order was received, unless holidays than please refer to the shop announcements on the front page .
