Please remit payment within 3 business days of placing order. Orders not paid within 3 business days of placing order will be cancelled by the seller.

If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return the item in its original package and condition within 7 days of delivery of your shipment for a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping). Unfortunately we cannot provide refunds or exchanges for custom orders.

Due to the variations in fabric, methods of application, and other circumstances beyond our control, customers assume all risks related to the use of iron-on transfers.

Vinyl wall decals are intended to be used on clean smooth surfaces. We send along a small sample decal for you to test out to make sure the surface you are intending to apply the decal to will work. It has been reported that some of the newer paints that contain teflon may not allow wall decals to stick properly.

Many of the decals in the photos show enlarged decals which better show details. Please double check the measurements that are in each listing!

Please remember to specify your colors for the ordered projects. If colors are not specified they will be made according to the picture shown on the listing or a default color as indicated in the product listing.

We normally ship our items within 3 business days of cleared payment. Our items are shipped via USPS. We are not responsible for items being lost or damaged by the Postal Service.

If you wish to purchase insurance for your shipment, please convo us and let us know in advance since that will be an additional fee.

If you are ordering Internationally please be aware that delivery may take up to 3-6 weeks. Buyer is responsible for paying any customs duty fees or import taxes which may be due upon receipt of the package.
