Refund:

To receive a full refund to your original payment method, you need to pay the return shipping fee and send the original package back to us, unless they are faulty.

All returns must be returned to Return Center in USA:

Items received should be unused, undamaged and in original package.

If you want to exchange, it's easy! Just inform us of the item link and size which you want to exchange for.

Step 1: If you're not satisfied with the products received, please contact our customer service first and submit ticket for return address and reason for return along with the photograph(s).

Step 2: Pack it up. Place your item(s) (in unworn condition)and invoice in a securely sealed shipping package. (Include your invoice received from your email or simply go to My Account, click on your Order History, select the right order number, and print it out.)

Step 3: Send it off. Email our customer service the tracking #. We will arrange the refund for you after receiving the returned items.
