2. Please send email to us to illustrate the reasons why you want to return your products. In the email, please attach the photos of defect products.

3. Your complaint email will be processed by our customer service department within 2 working days.

4. After investigation, if it is our fault to make the error order, we take the full responsibility and refund you in full( return shipping cost should be paid by our customers)or exchange product for free.

Note: All clothing of our are made to order according to pictures, maybe there will be a little different from pictures. If you are a perfectionist and have high standard for products, please think it over carefully before ordering.
