We are taking great care of packing your items. All items will be carefully packaged to ensure a safe arrival. Regrettably, we have no control over how the post employees handle your items. Sometimes the packages are held in customs, opened, damaged and delivered to you. Please, in case you receive your goods damaged, file a complaint with your post office.
Your purchase will be sent within 1-3 weeks. If we have the item ready for shipping it will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Please always order at least 4-6 weeks before the date you need the item(s) (not the date of your wedding or event).
You will receive a confirmation e-mail and tracking number once your items are shipped! Please, pay attention to the tracking information and the probable delivery date.

If not stated otherwise, orders are sent via Registered International Priority Mail.
We ship worldwide through International Priority Air Mail (with tracking number).
♦ Shipping to countries in the European Union takes 3-7 days.
♦ Shipping to the US takes 7-20 days.
♦ Shipping to European countries outside the European Union takes 3-20 days depending on location.

We offer express mail upgrades for all of the items. For some of them you will find the price at checkout, for others, you will need to ask us. Don't feel ashamed for asking, we love answering your questions and helping you.

♦ Delivery time to any point in the world is 2-6 business days
♦ If your wedding is fast approaching, we recommend you upgrade to express shipping
♦ Even with the express mail, some custom orders (like invitations) take 3 weeks to be made. So, with express mail you will receive your order in 3.5-4 weeks. Keep that in mind!
Regrettably, shipping time is not in our control and depends on the postal services! If your order has been shipped, but not delivered on time, we cannot do much about it. You need to take care of any customs charges and taxes. Be aware that customs may cause delays, so delivery times are not guaranteed.
For EU countries there are no Customs duties and holdups.
If you are ordering outside the European Union, please note that there might be customs charges and taxes. The items will not be marked as "gifts" in the customs forms, so do not send emails requesting this.
We encourage you to give more time for delivery, all the more when there are holidays ahead.
♦ Custom orders are non-refundable if the order has already been made and ready for shipping! We will refund however the price of shipping you paid in case you decide to cancel your order.
♦ Order cancellation request sent 24 hours or immediately after purchase will receive full refund.
♦ Order cancellation request sent before the item ships (packaged order, ready to ship) will receive partial refund minus items packaging cost. This applies to non-customized orders only!
♦ Regrettably, we have no control over how the post employees handle your items. Sometimes the packages are held in customs, opened, damaged and delivered to you. Please, in case you receive your goods damaged, file a complaint with your post office.
♦ If an international mail has been returned to us due to - you provided wrong, incomplete address, you didn't make an attempt to pick up the package after failed delivery attempts; you ignored customs duty payment notice. We can re-send your items, if postage for the second shipment is paid. Postage and packaging fees for the returned package will not be refunded.
