Things you need to know before place us the order:

1. Accessories: The bidding is only for the dress, not including any accessories such as gloves, jacket, wedding veil, or petticoat and so on, please tell us if you also want to order the accessories, we will give you good price;

2. Extra charges: Please be noted that we will need to charge you USD 30 extra if you are plus size, which is bigger than US size 18W;

3. Changes: We usually don't accept changes on the original design, but if you really want to change, we can do our best to do it for you, but if the final effect is not as nice as you expected, we don't accept return and refund, please be noted;

4. Processing time: We already displayed in the product page that we will need around 18-30 days to finish your dress, and another days for shipment, if you need the dress very urgent, please do remember to ask us whether we can do it or not before you placed the order; We don't accept the cancellation which is still in the processing time;

5. CPF/CUIL/NIF: If you are from Brazil, please do remember tell the receiver's CPF number; if you are from Argentina, please write us the receiver's CUIL; if you are from Angola, please write us the receiver's NIF in the message box, it's really necessary when we send the dress to you;

Package & Shipment:

1. Your dress will be packed in a waterproof plastic bag firstly, and then in professional DHL/EMS/UPS shipping bag;

2. We work with DHL, UPS, EMS, Aramex, China Post Air Mail, you can choose right one you want; We also use other post office depend on different countries and safety, and we will inform you the tracking number after post;

Cancellations Policy:

1. Orders cancelled within 24 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund;

2. Orders cancelled within 1--3 days after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund, consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price;

3. Orders canceled after 3 days of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 40% of the product purchase price;

4. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled;
