PROCESSING TIME FRAME:

Once payment is completed with paypal I will begin to process your order. I ship all items USPS, all custom orders are usually shipped within 7-10 days business days unless otherwise noted. Our studio is standard eastern time zone, so you do need to allot for the difference if you are in a different time zone.

SHIPPING OPTIONS:

Shipping usps 1st class mail from Michigan, if you need it quicker please purchase the upgrade thru Ala carte for Priority Shipping .

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We do ship internationl, all orders are mailed thru usps 1st class mail rate. As you know the post office dosen't have an adequate time frame for delivery thru customs, recently orders mailed usually take 10-15 business days. Not responsible for your custom fees upon arrival in your country.

If there is an issue with product being defective, we require you to return the item to evaluate the problem and correct it. We do not guarantee the product under any abnormal misuse and/or using harsh chemicals to clean the items. (see care below). We DO NOT accept returns on custom orders!. Please send me a message if you have a discreptancy. Thanks :) I may consider a store credit!

All my mail delivery's are thru USPS , and have tracking #'s. I am not responsible for usps losing your package, unless you would like to insure it. If so please let me know and I can add insurance to your purchase.
