PayPal is my preferred method of payment. It is safe, secure, and easy to use.

If payment is not received in 24 hours, I reserve the right to contact you and cancel the order. Additionally, if a reserved listing is created on your behalf, I reserve the right to contact you and cancel the order if payment is not received within 3 business days, unless otherwise discussed.

Please note that e-check payments placed through Paypal typically take 3-4 business days to clear. Production on your order will not begin until it has cleared.

ALL orders are shipped through the USPS First Class Mail/Parcel Post.

~~ US orders expect 5-7 business days for your item to arrive.

~~ Canadian orders expect 8-10 business days for your item to arrive.

~~ Overseas orders expect 10-12 business days for your item to arrive.

If you would like to receive your package sooner - please contact me so that I can calculate the correct amount for shipping and set up a reserved listing for you.

I will ship to the address provided in your Luulla purchase. If the address in PayPal is different, I’ll use the Luulla address. PLEASE make sure your Luulla shipping information is correct!

Refunds and exchanges will not apply to any item that is customized, i.e. invitations, pom pom place card holders or any other items requiring a change in design/colors.

Blank note cards will be refunded, less return shipping fees.

Custom orders require a 10% non-refundable payment of the total cost before any samples are made. Final payment is to be made once you approve your custom order design.
