Orders are shipped within 7 days of receiving payment, by Canada Post. I use padded/bubble mailers for international shipping, or I vacuum seal items and use a kraft envelope. My listed shipping costs consist of packaging, and the actual cost to ship.

In Canada: Please allow up to 10 days to receive your package. Local pickup is available, but please message me so I can set up a custom listing for you, minus the shipping costs.

To the USA: I ship all items by Light Packet Air Mail which takes 4-8 business days, provided there are no delays at customs. In case there are delays, please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your order. All duties, handling fees and taxes charged at customs are the buyer's responsibility.

International buyers: All duties, handling fees and taxes charged at customs are the buyer's responsibility. Please allow 2-4 weeks to receive your order.

Tracking on all orders is available for an additional fee.

I accept payment through PayPal. Please make sure your PayPal and Luulla ship to addresses are identical; and that your address is up to date and correct.

Credit Cards: If you don`t have a PayPal account, or you wish to pay with a credit card, please select `PayPal Guest` option at checkout as your method of payment, and enter your CC info there. If you have any questions, please message me first prior to purchasing an item. Returns are accepted, and must be post marked within 3 days of letting me know you wish to return the item. The buyer pays return shipping. Items must be in original, unworn and undamaged condition for me to issue a full refund.

For custom items: Since these are made to the buyer's specifications, there are no returns or refunds accepted on custom orders.
