This set is from acid free, lignin free, 100% archival quality paper and card stock.

- mailed in a rigid or padded mailer to ensure arriving to you in perfect condition.
IMPORTANT: These cards are small and can't be mailed alone. If you wish to mail them out, please enclose them in a sturdy paper and use a standard size envelope at least 5X3.

• PLEASE NOTE: All pieces are created by hand, so no two items are identical. That’s the beauty of the product! Please allow for slight variances from what is shown in the photos. ** They are even better in person :) **
• Please check all item descriptions carefully before purchasing them.
• To save paper and trees, a paper invoice/receipt will **not** be included. However, you can always print a copy from your etsy purchases page or PayPal transaction details. If for any reason you are unable to print and would like a copy, please send a request immediately and I'll be happy to include one for you. For International buyers, a paper invoice/receipt is always included.
• I only accept payments from PayPal at this time (US and International). Please get in touch if you would like to request for a different payment method that will accommodate your needs.
• Please note that you don’t have to have a PayPal account to purchase. Major credit cards can be used and are processed through PayPal regardless if you have an account or not.
• Sales Tax is applied on each order to all California Residents. The current tax rate is 7.250%.
• Full payment is due at the time of purchase. If payment is not received at the time of purchase, I reserve the right to cancel the sale and return the item(s) to inventory unless prior arrangements have been made.
• I ship via USPS First Class mail or USPS Priority mail - US and International.
• If for any reason your Luulla mailing address does not match your PayPal address, Please leave a note upon checking out or contact me to avoid any confusion and delays in processing your order.
• The shipping price you pay also includes a small handling fee and a final value fee. Delivery confirmation is ALWAYS provided to all US orders!
• Your paper goods will be packaged safe and secure to ensure arriving to you in perfect condition.
• Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 1 and 2 weeks, possibly longer depending on your destination and customs policy.
• I will ship within 1-2 business days after receiving cleared payment and obtaining all the correct shipping information if necessary.
• Tracking/Delivery confirmation is not available.
• Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. Your package may be officially opened at the customs for inspection.
• I do not refund for lost or stolen packages, If you would like insurance or other shipping services such as registered mail, please get in touch.
All sales are final after 3 days from the date you received your package. Please send me a message if you have any refund or exchange issues. They will be handled on a case by case basis.

Once transaction is complete, it can no longer be cancelled. However, i can issue a full refund if you contact me within 24 hours if the item is still in stock (not shipped).
