Payment
PaymentFor the protection of both us and our buyers, we prefer paypal as a payment method but will also accept personal cheques.
Payment is due within 48 hours of transaction, otherwise the transaction will be cancelled.
Shippin
ShippingAll items will be shipped within 48 hours of payment except for bespoke orders (10 days). If you require an item sooner, please contact us before purchasing.
All UK deliveries are sent 2nd class mail which can be upgraded to Recorded Delivery for a fee (see individual item). All International deliveries will be sent Air Mail.
International buyers are responsible for taxes, abiding by their country's import laws and fees. Please bear in mind, Air Mail normally takes 4-7 working days but can take up to 3 weeks, for any queries please contact us first.
Refunds and Exchanges
All of our products are made with care so we hope that you are happy with your purchase. If you have any issues please contact us and we will try to resolve any issues.
Refunds, returns or exchanges will only be made if an item arrives damaged, is defective, or if it has been described incorrectly when for sale. The buyer is responsible for payment of return shipping.
All bespoke orders are unfortunately non-refundable and will require a 50% deposit before work will start.
Additional policies and FAQ's
All items are handmade and should be treated by handwashing. All fabric will have been washed prior to use in order to minimise shrinkage but all items are best washed at 30 degrees on a machine wash.
All items are made in a smoke-free environment.
