For international buyers I accept PayPal only. You don't need to have a Paypal account to do that. Just press the Paypal option and follow the link to pay by your credit card.

Payments are due within 2 days of purchase time. If payment is not made in time, I reserve the right to cancel the transaction . If, for any reason, you need to cancel your order please just contact me as soon as possible so that it can be relisted.

Additional Payment Option for Buyers from Greece only: You have the option of using the Cash On Delivery (COD) method of the Greek Postal Service. It means you will pay the cost to the mailman when the item is delivered to you.

I ship everywhere from Greece through Hellenic Post Office, in 2 working days after payment (excluding weekends, strikes,public holidays and other special cases ).F

I use Register Air mail by A' Priority which means that items are usually delivered on the first working day after the day of posting inside the country (Greece) and on the third working day to the countries of the European Union.

For destinations outside the E.U the time of delivery depends on the quality of the destination’s country postal service. For USA and Australia is usually 5-10 working days.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

For local buyers (Thessaloniki) a pick up can be scheduled. That means no shipping cost.

Please be sure you like your piece before you buy it, and feel free to contact me to ask any question. I will accept returns only if a piece is defective in some way.

I make sure that any item is in perfect condition before shipping.

If you receive an item that is damaged you must contact me within 2 days of receipt of the item.

In all cases the refund will be issued after I receive back the product.

I am happy to resolve any problems that might exist with a piece! I can not replace pieces that have been damaged through improper use, or care.

You can return an item within 7 days upon receipt and receive a full refund of the item's cost. You will have to pay the return shipping cost as a registered mail.

I will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of my error.

I accept custom orders and ideas. Some of the items for sale are one of a kind and it's impossible to make exactly the same. When contacting me about custom orders please include some information as size,color or material...

I try to live green. I reuse materials in my everyday life. I limit my packaging to the absolutely necessary and I suggest you reuse or recycle any packaging materials.
