The items in my shop are all handmade and one of a kind. Your item will be uniquely yours to give or enjoy.

I try to use 100% recycled scrap stained glass as often as I can. This glass would often be thrown away after a larger window or other art is completed. Do to the small nature of my work, this stained glass receives a whole new life via my jewelry and accessories.

Please be aware that although my jewelry items are made of glass I have applied a glaze that hardens like rock and have thoroughly tested them for breakage. (I threw a prototype on the ground as hard as I could 3 times) didn't even dent it.

I'll gladly accept PayPal. Paying right away is always best, but for some reason you can't please contact me. If payment cannot be made in three days of purchase the sale will be canceled and the item re-listed.

Please remember to update your PayPal address to match your Luulla address before purchasing. If these two addresses differ, I will send the parcel to your PayPal account address.

SHIPPING: All jewelry ships using the least expensive method possible. This is Air Mail Small Packet for larger pieces, and Air Mail Light Packet for smaller pieces. This methods take 4-10 business days (USA), and up to 2 weeks+ (International).

If you want your order faster, please contact me before purchase.

I want you to love your new item, but for any reason you are not completely satisfied, I will except returns for a full refund. Please note:

1) You must contact me within 3 days of receipt of your order to arrange for a return.

2) Returned items must be in good condition.

3) Return shipping cost are the responsibility of the buyer, and initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

4) Do to the nature of custom items, returns and refunds will be reviewed.
