This sterling silver charm necklace is hand stamped on a 1 Inch (25.4MM) sterling silver disc and 5/8 Inch (15.9MM) sterling silver disc with a silver heart charm. It reads "Always and Forever My Baby You Will Be" with a choice of name on the smaller disc.
