In an effort to reduce waste and help the environment, when ever possible, I reuse clean shipping materials such as bubble wrap, bubble envelopes, etc.

Purchases within the United States will be shipped via USPS first class shipping within three business days following receipt of payment (the overwhelming majority are shipped within 1-2 days) and includes a delivery confirmation.

International purchases are usually shipped within 2-4 business days. Delivery time will vary due to customs. International customers: I ship your packages with USPS and will have documentation of postage and shipment. Once your package leaves my hands, it is out of my control and refunds will NOT be made for lost or delayed shipments unless you pay the USPS fee for registered and insured mail - it will take longer for your package to arrive, but it is the safest route for international packages.

My primary concern is that you are pleased with any and all purchases made. Because I hand craft each item myself, I am sure they will be free of any defects or flaws. If you find, however, that there is a problem I will gladly repair or replace the item free of charge if it is shipped back to me within two weeks of receipt. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees. IF there is ever a problem, PLEASE contact me if there are any problems before leaving feedback.
