2. Processing time:
Each dress is Made-To-Order including standard size dresses.
Tailoring Time: 10-15 working days
Shipping Time: 3-5 working days
Normally, you will receive the dress within 20 working days. If you need to receive the dress in 10 working days, please do remember to ask us whether we can do it or not before you placed the order and pay extra $20 for a rush order.

4. Packing & Shipping: In order to save your shipping cost, each dress will be packed tightly in a waterproof plastic bag and a professional DHL/DPD/UPS shipping bag. We work with DHL, UPS, DPD, and any special airline for shipping, and we will inform you the tracking number after the dress is shipped.

5. Cancellations Policy:
Orders cancelled within 24 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund;
Orders cancelled within 1--3 days after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund, consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price;
Orders canceled after 3 days of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund, consisting of the full shipping cost and 40% of the product purchase price;
Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

6. Return Policy:
We will accept returns if dresses have quality problems, wrong delivery time. We also hold the right to refuse any unreasonable returns, such as wrong size you gave us or standard size which we made right, but we offer free modification.
The following issues are fully refundable: Wrong Size, Wrong Color, Wrong style, damaged dress- 100% Refund, remake one or return 50% payment if you keep the dress.
In order for your return or exchange to be accepted, please carefully follow our guide:
1. Contact us within 2 days after receiving the dress (please let us know if you have some exceptional cases in advance)
2. Provide us with photos of the dress, to show evidence of damage or bad quality. This also applies to the wrong size, incorrect style, and mismatching color issues.
3. The returned item must be in its perfect condition (as new). You can try the dress on, but be sure not to stretch it or make any dirty marks. Otherwise it will not be accepted.
4. You are required to pay for the shipping fee to return or exchange the dress.

7. How to Return:
Upon the arrival of your package, you are encouraged to check and make sure that the dress has been made to your order specifications. Try on your dress as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress;
1. If you are returning dresses, please make sure they are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached.
2. The shipping fee when you sent the dress back will be by your side, please be noted;
3. For return of custom made dresses, a restocking fee of 30% of the product purchase price will be charged, please be noted.
