Handmade Paper Coat Rack
My own handmade paper decorates this wall coat rack. After the sheet has been painted I use a wax resist technique, called batik, to create the dark spidery lines that give it a marble look.
Base is a piece of recycled wood.
Several coats of polyurethane have been applied for wear and protection
Key hole hangers have been securely attached to the back. Wall screws are not provided.
Approx. dimensions: 30"w X3.5"h
The colorful pattern was created by combining pieces of my painted paper and then cutting them into strips that resulted in this unique coat rack.
