Shipping time is 72 hours or less.

Your order will be packaged carefully and shipped within 3 business days after receipt of payment. If you are using an echeck, please allow 4-6 days for it to clear. I pride myself on very fast shipping and want you to have your bookmark as soon as possible. Watch for a tracking number confirmation. Always feel free to contact me if you have any delay.

U.S. SHIPPING: All purchases will be shipped U.S.P.S. First Class with delivery confirmation.

IMPORTANT: Items shipped internationally may take an average of six weeks to arrive, especially around the holidays.

I cannot be responsible for items lost by the post office. I package all of my items very carefully before shipping and provide delivery confirmation within the U.S. Shipping insurance is available at your request.

Your package will be shipped to the address on your Paypal account unless otherwise noted.

I want you to be delighted with your purchase. However, If you are not, just return any unaltered item within 30 days of purchase and I'll credit your Paypal account with a 100% refund for the cost of the item as soon as I receive it. No fees and no questions asked.

If a bookmark arrives damaged due to shipping, I will repair or replace the bookmark depending on the amount of damage. Simply let me know and ship it back to me in it's original packaging.

All returned items must be sent back in their original packaging and in a completely unaltered state. I am not responsible for postage on returned items.
