However, it is important to note that our dresses are made to order, and once the creation process has begun the materials cannot be reused. The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to make up your mind. Please refer to our cancellation policy below for details.

Our Cancellations Policy

1.Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.

2.Orders canceled 1-3 days after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.

3.Orders canceled after 3 days of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost.

4.Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled

Paypal. If you have Paypal, you could pay us directly online, if you have credit card, you could apply a paypal and link it with credit card, then paypal could get payment from your credit card.

We can also accept western union payment.If you need to pay by western union,please message us,then we can send you our bank information by email.

We will accept returns if there are quality problems, wrong delivery time, we also hold the right to refuse any unreasonable returns, such as wrong size you gave us, but we offer free modify.

1). You must contact us within 2 days (48 hours) from the reception of your dress(es). Please state the problem of the received goods and the reason for the return.

2). Item(s) must be returned in its original condition with no signs of wear, tear, or odors.

3). Return shipping charges will be the buyer’s responsibility. It is buyer’s responsibility to pay for the shipping fee of sending back and exchange.

4). Just quality problems or size mistake, we accept returning.

5).The shipping method that we used for u then when u ship it back you must use the same one.if we ship the dress to you by DHL/UPS then you need to use this one too.
