Hello! Thanks for visiting my shop - everything here is made by me in my studio in Co. Wexford, EIRE - I do everything, from selecting the fabrics to trips to the post-office without any help from leprechauns

- I accept credit and debit card, as well as paypal payments - Debit and credit card payments will be made via Paypal platform but you do not have to hold an account with them for it, just enter your credit/debit card details on their page - it's safe for you as you don't have to share your credit card details with me or Luulla - and you don't have to create an account with Paypal either.

All my orders ship from Ireland, Europe - it can take around 3 working days to arrive to an European Address (Irish address 1 to 2 working days) and between 7 to 21 days for the rest of the World

All orders are sent using the address provided in the Luulla order.If otherwise,please let me know and I'll be happy to send it anywhere in the world you want.

I can ship your item as soon as I have finished creating it - International purchases are sent as standard post. If you would like to be able to track your package once it leaves Ireland, please contact me as it will be an additional U$ 5.50

** International buyers outside European Union Zone** note that your country may impose customs fees or other fees that you are responsible for. I can not be responsible if customs decides to hold your package for any period of time.

I want the customers at my shop to be completely happy with their purchases. If you are not happy with your item, please contact me for a exchange/refund within 7 days of receiving the item - items must be unused.

I love making items to order, I have made wallets to match bridesmaids dresses, to match customer's handbags and even made a wallet using customer's loved ones clothes.

Please note refunds are made for custom orders due to defects only - custom orders are agreed before hand and a photo is sent to customer before posting item to confirm it is what customer had in mind
