Our dresses are made to order, and all started from scratch (including the Standard Size). And the materials can't be reused once the creation process has begun. The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind.

All dress orders canceled within 12 hours of purchase will be eligible for a full refund. (not include Rush Time Orders)

All dress orders canceled within 24 hours will be eligible for a 70% partial refund.

You need to contact our customer service representative at first if you want to cancel after 48 hours.

As all our dresses are made-to-order and they are not in stock, normally we accept return due to quality problems or wrong sizes or color. we also hold the right to refuse any unreasonable returns, such as wrong size you gave us.

You should contact our customer service within 2 business days since the time you receive the package , please send us the dress pictures to show the problems. And you can ship the item back to us within 14 natural days from the date the item is received.

We encourage customers to keep the dresses if there is only a little problem; we will refund 30% of the alter fee to the people who alter their dresses in local.

Please be aware that due to the nature of the handwork, the finished gown may vary approximately 1 inch in either direction of specified measurements.

Because of screen chromatism, a slight color mismatch between the color of your dress and the color shown on screen may not mean that the dress has wrong color. Hope you understand.

It is no problem to make some alterations on the dress, and please tell us clearly where you want to change. We offer free alterations for simple changes, like add straps, or add a side slit, etc. We’ll charge reasonable fee for some complicated alterations. Whatever we’ll contact you firstly when we see your requirements.
