I Prefer Paypal.

DId you know you can also pay with your credit or debit card with out having a paypal acct? Simply check out on my shop as though you are paying with paypal and it will take you to another page where you can pay with your card!

If you are new and pay with paypal please make sure you complete the transaction that will take you to the paypal site.

I Leave feedback to buyers once I know that you are happy with your purchase. Thats when I feel the transaction has been completed :)

I ship First class with delivery confirmation with in 2 days of receiving payment. If you are an international customer and would like me to use a faster shipping service,let me know and Ill get back to you on how much it will cost to ship via other means.

Alot of times I will use recycled bubble mailers. I will make sure your package is safe and secure :)

f for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let me know so I can make it right and make you happy. Depending on what the situation is, we can figure it out together :)

I am not responsible for an item getting lost in the mail by the postal service. If you would like insurance on your purchase it will cost more and I will have to make a special listing for you. Please make sure you let me know the correct address you want me to ship it to..Sometimes customers have a paypal address that is different then the Luulla address, If that is the case please let me know which address to send it to.

If you come to me to tell me an item is damaged, I will ask for a picture to be shown to me of the damage, before I can do anything about it. Please be aware of this before hand.

All Of my items are made with small parts, buttons, beads,etc.

These are possible choking hazards for young children

These items also may or may not have been cpsia certified.

Therefore my items are not meant for small children under the ages of 12.

If this concerns you and you very much would like something for your small child,please let me know and I can customize something for them with out these items.
