We will cut 1/2 yard increments for you UNLESS the fabric is on sale. We do not cut anything smaller than 1/2 yards of continuous fabric. We make kits so be sure to check availability if you need fat quarters or half yards.
If you ask us to do a Reserved Listing, we will hold the merchandise in reserve for you for one (1) week. If you do not pay within that time or ask us to make special payment arrangements with you, we will delete the Reserved Listing and re-list the merchandise.
For the free fat quarter give-away, we need to choose the fat quarters for you. We have a special selection of fabrics we have planned to give away. Thanks for your understanding about that!
Refunds will be given for damaged merchandise if you return it in the damaged box. Otherwise, returns will not be accepted unless there is a flaw in the fabric. There are differences in computer monitors insofar as color is concerned so be aware that the color you see on your monitor might show differences. Every attempt is made by us to represent true color. Refunds will not be given because your monitor color is off. We want you to be a happy customer so will attempt to resolve any issue to your satisfaction.
