PaymentI only accept payment via Paypal. Payment via paypal is required within 3 days of purchase or the transaction will be cancelled and the item relisted.

Your order will be shipped to the adddress entered on your LUULLA order, not your Paypal address. Items will be shipped within two to four business days after payment is received.
I ship from Singapore so delivery will usually take about between 10 to 14 working days. In exceptional cases, it might take between 2 to 6 weeks (depending on the country of destination). Delivery time may take longer during the holiday period, customs delays, etc. These are beyond my control, and I sincerely seek your understanding and patience on this.
Please note that we are not responsible for any VAT/Customs fees that may be related to your order nor will we help you in illegally circumventing these fees if they are applicable to you.
If for some reason you find that your product is not satisfactory or damaged during transit, please contact me within 3 days of receiving package and send the item back. I'll be happy to initiate a full refund or exchange, minus the shipping cost
