Cancellation
1.Within 24 hours after paying --- full refund
2.24 to 72 hours after paying --- 80% refund
3.Has/Have not been shipped --- refund depends on how the dress(es) is/are going, a negotiation will take place.
Once a dress has been shipped, it can't be cancelled.
Exchange/Return
All my orders will be carefully made based on the color/size information customers provide, including both standard size dresses and custom size dresses. And I always check every finished dress at least 3 times before shipping it out, just want to make sure all the dresses are perfect. Pls trust me, you will love your dress when you get it.
If something goes wrong, please don’t be upset. I will offer you a satisfied solution once you report the problem to me, which might include but not limited to "free remake/full refund". But you have to contact me in 24 hours after you get the dress.
