Paypal is the preferred method of payment.
**CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD CUSTOMERS**
You do not need a Paypal account to pay for your items through Paypal. Simply choose the Paypal option during checkout and after you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button... scroll down and you will see the option to pay with credit or debit card without having to sign up for a Paypal account. This text is not very big so do watch for it.
For items in stock, they will be shipped out within 3 business days from date of purchase. I use USPS Priority Mail - 2 - 3 business days or UPS which typically will take 4 - 7 business days for delivery on US domestic orders. If you need your order sooner, faster shipping is available at an additional cost - contact me for details.
I require each package to be sent with tracking so package can be tracked online. No exceptions.
**Packaging**
All orders are carefully packaged by me with careful attention to detail. I try to use recyclable material whenever possible to reduce costs to both you and the environment.
**International Orders **
At this time, I am not shipping to international locations.
**Refunds and Exchanges**
I understand that shopping online for clothing or accessories can sometimes be challenging. If you're unhappy with what you receive, I really want to help you fix that. Please contact me with any concerns within 48 hours of receiving the item through Contact Seller first. After considerations are made, the item must then be sent back within 3 days
Items may be refundable only within 10 days of purchase. Shipping costs will not be refunded, and buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of sending back the unwanted items.
- I cannot exchange or refund damaged, worn or stretched items. Returned items must be in original condition, free of any kind of wear or scent.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- No exchanges on “Custom Orders”
- Refund will be issued only when items are received and verified to be in the original condition. Refund would be for the purchase price (less shipping).
