I ship Monday-Friday (I do not ship on weekends,or holidays.)

For US buyers:

Your item will be shipped between 1-2 days after ordering. Expect your items within 5-7 days business days after I have sent the piece.

For International Buyers:

Expect your items to arrive within 7-14 business days, longer or shorter, depending on your location.

A full refund is given to any damaged item that is damaged during the mailing process.

If your item is damage you must supply a picture of proof of your damaged item. After I will send a full refund back though paypal.

Requests for custom art work. Listings for custom orders will be listed in my shop. If there is no custom listings currently up please feel free to message me and I can create a listing for you under your name to place your payment for. I will accept all payment AFTER work is done. Please allow 2-3 days or more for creation of your requested work. Once work is finished I will send a picture for your approval. If you are not completely satisfied, the commission is dismissed.

Three time buyers, International buyers and buyers who purchased piece over $200.00 receives a free surprise gift.

All original art, art prints, phone cases and button will be shipped through USPS and will be shipping within 2-3 days upon ordering. Estimate arrival date for item orders depends on location. US orders will take up to 3-5 while international orders take 7-14 days or more to be delivered. All missing and damage orders will be handled by the artist.

All Wallets, Speakers, Plates, and laptop cases will be shipped using ZAZZLE.COM. Orders shipped and processed through zazzle.com are made to order and can take one week to be created. Shipping still applies with above. Any missing/ damage orders will be handled through them

Princess M is not responsible for carelessness of the USPS service. How ever full refunds are giving if order comes damaged or missing. Proof of damaged order IS REQUIRED. No proof of damaged order will not be refunded. Any missing orders may either be replaced or refunded depending on the wishes of the buyer.
