Hi there, Thanks for feedback. I am sorry the buyer to leave us negative feedback. We can't accept return request is because there is no color off, and no size/quality problem, we explained this to buyer more than 3 times. This dress is simple white color, and we tried and tried again to explain to the buyer this is no color difference between the color in the pic and in reality. We would love to send more dress pics we take to the buyer to show the color is no problem, but buyer don't reply to us about this. I am sorry this purchase not make the buyer satisfied, but at the same time, as seller, we are upset to get a negative feedback, even there was no problem on our dress.
