I was so dissapointed and amazed to recieve the dress today.
It is nothing like the photo. very low bad quality.
came with stains of black marker. I don't have any dress now 2 weeks before my brother's wedding. I am so shocked of this and I wish I could upload photos.

I’ve been trying to return this dress, I paid 30$ to ship is and they address to return it is not valid! I need my money back so I can purchase a dress from a the actual Lulus website

NOT VERY HELPFUL OR CUSTOMER FRIENDLY! The dress fit as advertised, but the color was off due to lighting in the picture, different skin tone, or maybe other reason. Customer service would never give me their exact return policy. They explained that their return policy is for wrong size/color/poor quality. I had previously stated that the size was fine but the color was off and they would still not give me a return. I had explained the color to them and they could only keep coming up with different excuses as to why they would not accept a return, none of which were valid. All I wanted was a clear answer on their return policy and they kept coming up with excuses as to why they couldn't accept the dress back. If you buy from here, please make sure you really, really like it as you will

Shipping takes way longer than stated, been over 2 weeks and I'm still waiting for my dress.
