Shipping: I stand behind the quality of my work and your satisfaction is my first priority. Alot of my miniatures are glued to plates, tables etc. However my items are packed and shipped with the ultimate care. If you should receive a piece that has come unglued, please contact me asap...I will assist you, in gluing it back :) If needed.
I do ship all things with a tracking # so you can keep track of your tiny treasure. I ship as soon as payment is cleared via usps priority.
Outside of the U.S. customers will be responsible for any customs charges, taxes, etc.
I accept paypal, and would like payment within 5 days. However I will hold an item and reserve it under your name with payment within 7 days. Items are shipped after payment is cleared.
Refunds and Exchanges: I expect your item to arrive in tip top condition. I also expect you will enjoy your miniature for years to come. Your happiness with my products are number one to me. However, if you do find an issue, I would ask that you contact me to work it out. I will do refunds within 7 days, for cost of item only. No shipping charges will be refunded.
