Luulla processes all payments through PayPal.

PayPal allows you to use your debit or credit card to make your payment, and is a secure process. You do not need to have a PayPal account to allow PayPal to process your payment, they are simply the company that handles the transaction.

Orders ship in 48 hours or less via USPS First Class Mail.

You will receive a shipment confirmation e mail via PayPal at the time that your order is packaged for shipment. This e mail will include a tracking number, please allow 1 business day for your tracking information to appear in the U.S. postal system.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

All international shipping is via USPS First Class International Mail which offers the least expensive shipping rates. Please contact me for a price quote if you'd prefer International Priority Shipping.

USPS First Class International Mail does not offer tracking or delivery confirmation, however, I will provide the USPS Customs Form number which will allow you to track your package through the US postal system. Once your package leaves the U.S. it will no longer be able to be tracked.

*Customers are responsible for any customs fees imposed by their local post office.
