All items are a full 12 week turnaround and during peek season can take up to 15 weeks on turnaround times. Please contact me to see if your wedding date can be met if needing prior to the turnaround of 12 weeks. I do take rush orders but depending on if i have any openings or cancellations to take on a rush order.
All personalized items are made up after payment and all info is received. Once items are personalized i cannont take returns on any items. The only time returns are accepted is if personalization was done wrong.
Please view the font options carefully while choosing for your monogramming. I will not remake or take exchanges on fonts you decide you do not like after the items are made up and received.
All orderes ship usps first class 3-5 business days on handkerchiefs and robes and larger orders will ship usps priority 2-3 day delivery ...I do put insurance on any packages that are over $100.00 of merchandise and signature confirmation required.

All custom made items made and personalized to order are non refundable due to there nature ...All sales are final.
I will correct any errors on my part if any personalization is done incorrectly or refund you for the incorrect item. If needing to cance a sale prior to personalization being done on your order there is a 20% restock fee/ cancellatin fee included to cancel out a order once placed.
