Shipping Policy
All goods are shipped within 2 days. Some foreign orders may be subject to import/customs taxes. CaseMatter cannot not determine, estimate, or collect/pay them in advance. They are the responsibility of the receiver, at the time of delivery, as directed by their governing agency.
Some foreign orders cannot be tracked all the way through delivery. CaseMatter does not provide refunds or replacements when packages are lost by their country's postal service (who does not provide tracking information), are stolen prior to receipt.
