Paypal - within 48 hours or item will be re-listed.
Shipping - I ship out domestic orders twice a week. I am now offering international shipping. When paypal has first class available items will ship the next day, otherwise international parcels will go out once a week. If you would like International Priority shipping instead of first class, please send me a pm with the items you wish to purchase and I'll mark them reserved and correct the shipping rates to the proper amounts.
Refunds and Exchanges - If you find the item is not accurately portrayed in the listing, a full refund for the product price can be issued at my discretion, or store credit. A full refund including shipping would be available only if something happens to your item before I am able to ship it to you.
Items and materials are stored securely in a dedicated space for crafting. There are two long haired cats in my home however, so if you or the intended recipient have severe allergies, please order with caution. Wool items are also stored with sachets of lavender buds or cedar chips, so may have a mild to moderate scent. No perfumes or other artificial scents are allowed in the craft room, as I myself am allergic to most of them.
Some items contain mohair; these will be labeled as such, but stray hairs may remain on the equipment after cleaning and catch in other items not listed as containing mohair as a component.
