Payment must be received before starting any custom pieces. If you cannot pay for your entire order before, please contact me so we can work something out:)

I accept paypal, money orders, and checks. Paypal is preferred. Orders paid by check will be sent after check clears. Orders not paid after 3 days will be cancelled. If you need to cancel your order please let me know, I understand and will work with you. Thanks!

All items will be shipped within 1-2 business days (custom within 2 weeks) after payment has been made. I am also happy to combine shipping on multiple purchases when applicable. I can not be responsible for items that are lost or damaged on route if insurance is not purchased. I highly recommend purchasing insurance.

~If you are in any way unsatisfied with your order, please let me know! Clementiny works very hard to deliver excellent quality that you will love. Your satisfaction is very important to us.

~If you have any problems and I will gladly I will accept returns within 7 days of shipping. CUSTOM ORDERS~ I ALWAYS offer to alter any problems and even encourage a remake, but if you wish for a refund, I can only do a 7o% cash refund - shipping costs. (Because of time and materials:)

~I want you to be happy and I am willing to alter your garment if necessary for no additional charge. If your garment can not be altered to fit, I would love to custom make you another. Please convo me with any questions or concerns!!

~WEDDING wear:) Because bridesmaids and flower girl dresses are completely custom, returns will only be refunded 50% due to time and supplies. I DO offer to alter any fitting problems:) As you all know, sometimes getting a perfect fit takes a few tweaks and I will gladly help in any way to give the perfect fit.

Please allow plenty of time before the big date to allow for any extra fittings that may be needed:)

~Unfortunately, shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. I do not accept responsibilty for items that may cause choking hazards to young children. Please feel free to e-mail me with any questions!

Your custom order will be made with the measurements that you provide. I will check and double check them before I ship them out. If you receive your custom order and it does not fit because the measurements were taken wrong, I will gladly take it back and fix it, but the customer will be responsible for the shipping, both ways.
