shipping: non register orders arrive 99.3% of the time with out issue. that means 0.7% or 7 out over every 1000 orders can go missing. orders placed with out adding tracking a shipped at your own risk.
returns: all sales are final accept for items damage in transit. full photo evidence required for replacing damaged items, if damage is repairable the item must be returned if we request it. 90% of the time we will not because its not worth the cost to return but if we do the buy pays to return the item but the buyer will be compensated for that cost in extra jewelry or supplies
