If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact me regarding returns/refunds within 14 days of receiving your package.
Please be aware of your country's customs policies. As of yet, I have not been aware of any extra charges my customers have gotten but they can happen.
All packages are shipped by Canada Post Regular Mail unless otherwise discussed. They will be shipped within 24-48 hours after payment is received.

I accept PayPal and please note that you do not need to join PayPal in order to pay with a credit or debit card.

Please make payment within 48 hours of ordering or your order will need to be cancelled if no communication has been attempted.
All orders will be shipped within 24 - 48 hours of payment received unless otherwise stated in my shop announcements.
Your piece(s) will be carefully wrapped in tissue paper and tied with raffia. If the piece you ordered is small enough it will be placed inside a white organza pouch prior to wrapping. If you have upgraded your shipping and size allows your item will be packaged in my signature gift box.
All orders are shipped via Canada Post Regular Mail (unless otherwise discussed). It takes approximately 2-10 business days within Canada, 7-14 business days to the United States and 10-21 business days for International orders. Regular letter mail does not include tracking.
PLEASE NOTE: Buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
NOTE: Please make sure your shipping address on PayPal is correct as that is the one I will send the package to.
If you are not absolutely 100% happy with your modern vintage keepsake, I will gladly give you a full refund upon return. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order to make arrangements.
NOTE: I cannot accept returns on any pieces that have been personalized with a name, date etc.
Return the item in it's original condition and I will refund the full price upon receipt.
I am unable to accept responsibility for return postage and handling charges.
