Payment is accepted through PayPal.
Your order will be processed when payment is cleared. Please be aware that if you pay by E-Check through PayPal, it takes time for the payment to clear .
If payment hasn't been made within 5 days of placing an order, with no email correspondence, I can cancel the order.
All items will be packed and shipped on the next day after receipt of payment, except Saturdays, Sundays and local Holidays. All items are shipped gently and safely with Priority Mail. Purchases over $25 will have Tracking Number. Big size prints will be shipped in special Tube with Tracking Number.
Please notice that shipment to USA and Canada usually take 10 or more working days and even longer around Holidays like Christmas, please be aware that possible delays are beyond my control. Payment with e-check will add 4-6 more days to order.
Insurance is not covered in the listing. If you would like to insure your package, please contact me.
If you recieve your item and are not happy you can send it back and I can exchange it for another item or refund your original purchase price minus shipping costs. Buyer pays return shipping and is responsible for returning items in their original condition.
I do not refund custom works.
All items come from a pet-free and smoke-free studio.
