I was not pleased with my purchase of a prom dress recently. Upon receipt of the dress, I felt that the quality of the beading on the dress was not up to standard. The beads were not sewn on tight so they easily would have fallen off. My biggest error was purchasing from a company from China. After numerous emails I finally was told to send the dress back and I could get a refund, however the package must have a "tracking number". The cost to return this item was over $70.00. Basically I agreed to take a partial refund and keep the dress because I would have lost half the cost of the dress either way. My recommendation....if you're going to buy a dress online......stay in the U.S.
