All pieces are created by hand, so no two items are identical. Please allow for slight variances from what is shown in photos, although I always do my best to retain quality and consistency.
For your convenience, you can pay with your credit card via PayPal. You do not need to set up an account with them.
If you choose to pay with an echeck from PayPal, your item will ship once your echeck clears, which can take anywhere from 4-10 days.
WA state residents will be charged sales tax.
Your item will ship within 2 business days, although most orders ship the very next day. Custom items may take longer. All items will be shipped United States Postal Service First Class mail (delivery confirmation included for US customers) in a box inside a bubble mailer for protection.
Jewelry is shipped in boxes made from 100% recycled materials. A recycled/reused, but like-new, bubble mailer may be used to ship your order. ElisabethSpace packages shipped to US addresses ship without invoices, in an effort to reduce paper consumption. If you would like an invoice, please let me know in the Message to Seller box during checkout. Packaging is simple and pretty, ready for gifting.

All returns will be handled case by case. I will be happy to discuss any concerns with you. I rarely need to address the issue of returns, but please know that your satisfaction is my highest concern and I will do everything I can to rectify the situation.
Returned items must be in new condition.
Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

For size/length reference, the "model" you see in the photos is me (Hi!). I'm a smidge shorter than 5'7" with a sizeable noggin. If you're a petite person, pieces may look slightly larger on you than they do on me in the photos.
