My daughter is 5'4" and this dress is right below her knees..... In the picture it goes to the floor. The sizing was all very wrong and we even double-checked before purchasing. I have contacted the seller on multiple occasions and want to send the dress back but I have never received a response!! I know it says I have a week to return but the seller will not answer my messages. I'm very disappointed and am now out $120 for a dress no one can wear.

Customer service is very bad. I did not get any information about my order. I tried to contact them several times, but there is no answer.
