Worst experience with this company ever. I have ordered two of the same dresses with them. The first one came back with snags and the second one came with the wrong color. This company is about to ruin my entire wedding

The Fit is all wrong and it is way to long for me - I am wanting to return it - is this possible - I promise it has not been worn
