HeartsCalling will ship anywhere you are! However, if you do not live in the US, you will need to convo me with your city, country, etc., in order for me to determine shipping costs.
Once, we've talked, I will then open the listing so that you may purchase the item. You will see your country listed and you will be able to put the item(s) in your cart for purchase.
Once payment is received for the item(s) ordered, I will send it via USPS to you within 1 day- excluding Sundays & holidays. Custom listings may take longer.
**** If you need an item shipped within a particular time frame (ie overnight, next day, etc.) please message me. If you pay for an item before the correct shipping charges have been applied, I will bill your Paypal account. However, the items will not ship until all charges have been paid for. Thanks for understanding.

I believe you will be happy with your purchase! But if for whatever reason you are not satisfied, please notify me within 2 days of receipt and we can discuss a refund of your cost of the item minus the shipping fees.
I will only refund the $ to your Paypal account when I receive the merchandise in its original condition.
Please send your returned item(s) via registered mail. Postage for returns are paid by the customer.
If for some reason your item arrives to you damaged, I will request you to document the damage (send me pictures.) Only then can we discuss a solution.

Custom orders are welcome here! When requesting custom items, please be as specific as possible as to what you're thinking you'd like - colors, size, wording, etc. If you like my work and trust me to create something especially for you, I will always make 1 for approval before I begin an order.
Custom orders require payment in advance. Quick payment results in faster production & delivery times.
If you need an item "rush", please let me know that as well. Additional charges may apply.
