I sell vintage jewelry, guaranteed to be at least 20 years old and unaltered by me in any way.

I sell beads and findings as supplies, salvaged from broken or damaged vintage jewelry for your creative crafting enjoyment. I guarantee that the pieces were already in non-wearable condition when I found them. I do not destroy wearable vintage jewelry pieces to harvest beads!

Aathenticity is very important to me. Please ask if you have any questions about the age or condition of vintage items. Note that vintage jewelry pieces cannot be altered by me, and will be sold as designed and made decades ago.

We only accept payment through PayPal. I have been using PayPal as a buyer since 2000, and as a seller since 2002, and have found them to be safe and reliable.

I use the USPS to ship all my items. Small, light weight, items are usually mailed First Class with Delivery Confirmation (for buyers in the USA). For packages mailed within the USA I will add insurance for contents above a certain dollar amount at no cost to the buyer.

All items will be safely wrapped and packed to reach buyers without damage. I understand that accidents can happen, so please let me know if your purchase fails to arrive in a timely fashion or if anything arrives damaged. As a seller, I am responsible for getting any items ordered to the buyer. If something is damaged or lost that cannot be duplicated or replaced, your payment will be refunded.

My policy has always been satisfaction guaranteed -- and that means I will accept returns for any item that doesn't suit for any reason. Please contact me concerning anything you wish to return, and don't be shy about sharing the reason! The purchase price of the item will be refunded to you as soon as the returned item(s) reaches me. Returns can be made within 10 days of the receipt of your purchase. (If the item is intended as a gift for an occasion farther in the future than 10 days, please let me know and I will be happy to extend the return timeframe to suit your needs where possible.
