All of our dresses are custom made,so you don't need to worry about the size and colors.We also can do as your design.If any problems about the dresses,please feel free to contact with us.

1）All of the dresses are not "on the shelf".We strongly recommend you to select "Custom Made" to ensure the dress will fit you when it arrives. Our tailors will craft each dress to order even for a standard size .

2）If you have more than 2 bridesmaids dresses ,you have to order them together or add note on the order like who's wedding party , so we can arrange to make them together to avoid the color difference.

3)Shipping: by Fedex , UPS or DHL.Buyers need to pay customs tax, but general speaking, there are very less chance to pay custom taxes.

Please read the following for the list of quality issues that are fully refundable for:

Wrong Size, Wrong Colour, Wrong style, Damaged dress- 100% Refund or remake one or return 50% payment to you, you keep the dress.

In order for your return or exchange to be accepted, please carefully follow our guide:

1. You are required to pay for the shipping fee to return or exchange the dress.

2. Contact us within 3 days after receiving the dress.

3. Provide us with photos of the dress, to show evidence of damage or bad quality, this also applies for the size, or incorrect style and colour etc.

4. The returned item must be in perfect condition (as new), you can try the dress on, but be sure not to stretch it or make any dirty marks, otherwise it will not be accepted.

5. The tracking number of the returned item must be provided together with the reference code issued.

6. If you prefer to exchange dresses, then a price difference will be charged if more expensive.
